Investment starts at $4,800 (Monday–Thursday) and $6,600 (Friday–Sunday), plus your beverage package — all pricing excludes GST. The final price depends on your preferred day, date and beverage choices, and is subject to change. Quotes are valid for 30 days from your initial enquiry. Learn more about pricing.

The Bar Tab — a minimum $2,000 spend on unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, charged by the glass. Alcoholic is $45pp (corkage fee waived); non-alcoholic is $20pp.

Add-ons — $10pp corkage for BYO spirits, $20pp spirits add-on, $15 per cocktail add-on. Necessary bar staff are additional to the bar tab.

Ceremony Only — $3,900 for a 2-hour duration (10:00am–12:00pm or 12:00pm–2:00pm), including ballroom setup, styling, a signing table, and a cordless mic with surround sound.

Pre-reception Add-on — $770, held before your evening reception, including a room transformation and cocktail hour while the ballroom is flipped.

Ceremony Toasting Add-on — $15pp for 1.5 hours, including glassware, bar staff, and one drink per guest.

A minimum 50% deposit of your total costs (venue hire, beverage package and security), plus valid credit card details, confirms your booking and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Bookings are held for 7 days from quote acceptance — deposits are non-refundable.

Final payment, along with catering, beverage and room set-up requirements, is due 30 days before your event.

Cancelling after the deposit is paid can only be actioned by management, in consultation with the person who signed the hire agreement. Deposits are non-refundable.

Yes, subject to availability, up until five months before your event date. Your deposit converts to a transferrable credit — transferrable between dates, but not between people.

Yes, whenever alcohol is served, at a ratio of 1 guard per 150 guests. Security is organised by Whitestone at the client's expense, with additional guards arranged (also at the client's expense) if needed.

Yes — a minimum of two service staff with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation is required whenever alcohol is served.

Hirers keep a credit card on file as surety. It's only charged if the venue is left in an unacceptable state after your event, following a spot check by our team. Bond amounts are confirmed as part of your event agreement.

Confetti and rose petals or rice (real or artificial) aren't permitted, to protect our styling. Only low-adhesion tape may be used for decorating, and it must be removed after the event — damage from prohibited items or high-adhesion products will incur repair costs and/or affect your bond.

Only if your supplier holds public liability insurance and a fireworks licence. Non-compliant suppliers won't be permitted to use pyrotechnics at the venue.

Music is monitored with a decibel reader throughout events. If levels exceed an average of 72dB over a 5-minute period, our venue manager will direct your entertainment provider to reduce the volume, and this must be followed.

External suppliers get a 2-hour set-up window before your event start time, and 1 hour after for pack-down and collection. Extra time may incur an additional charge and must be pre-arranged; all equipment and decorations need Whitestone's approval in advance.

Minors may attend private events only when accompanied by a legal guardian, and must vacate the premises by midnight.

Hirers are financially responsible for damage, theft, breakage or vandalism caused by their guests or invitees, above $200. Whitestone determines the cost of any damages, and any extra cleaning required is charged to the client.

Yes — every supplier must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance before working at the venue.
