We don't operate an in-house kitchen for events, which means your menu isn't dictated by us — bring in a caterer you already love, or ask us for a recommendation from our curated guide of trusted caterers who specialise in a range of cuisines. It's your day, cooked your way.
Our beverage packages cover both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, with BYO arrangements also available — the exact corkage and package costs depend on what you choose, and your event specialist will walk you through the options.
And because the space is already styled floor-to-ceiling, you're free to layer in your own colours, flowers and finishing touches without needing to build a look from scratch.

Venue hire from$4,800
Venue hire starts from $4,800 (Monday–Thursday) and $6,600 (Friday–Sunday), plus your choice of beverage package — pricing varies by day, date and beverage selection, and excludes GST.
You can also hire Whitestone for your ceremony alone, or add it straight before your reception.

Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. We don't run an in-house kitchen, so you're free to use your own caterer, or we're happy to recommend one from our trusted supplier network if you'd like a starting point.
Can we BYO alcohol?
Yes, BYO arrangements can be made alongside our beverage packages — your event specialist can talk you through corkage and pricing once you've chosen a package.
Can we host our ceremony at Whitestone too?
Yes. You can hold your ceremony as a stand-alone event, or straight before your reception — our team flips the room while your guests enjoy cocktail hour in the bar.
